Who We Are Looking For

We want providers who are serious about roof replacement and related work. Good candidates tend to:

• Run an established, independent roofing business in the region.
• Handle full roof replacement, and ideally repair and storm damage work as well.
• Explain jobs in plain words that homeowners can follow.
• Put every quote in writing.
• Want to be compared fairly against other providers.

We care most about homeowners who plan their spending. They ask questions and compare quotes. If that sounds like your kind of customer, keep reading.

What We Expect

Providers in the network are expected to:

• Hold any license, bonding and insurance required where they work, and show proof when asked.
• Inspect the roof before quoting.
• Give clear written quotes with scope, materials and price.
• Be honest about what a roof needs, including when a repair is enough.
• Follow local permit and safety rules.
• Treat homeowners and their property with care.

Providers are independent. You set your own prices, run your own crews and carry your own responsibility for the work. Takenpoetry Roofing does not direct the job, and it does not promise any number of referrals.
