We want every homeowner who reaches Takenpoetry Roofing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
You can write to us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work, warranties and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly. Keep a written record as you go.
Still, please tell us too. Feedback helps keep our network honest. A provider who keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed from the network. Know this, though: Takenpoetry Roofing cannot settle contract disputes, hand out refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
Email contact@takenpoetry.garden and include:
We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened. That may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. If the issue involves a licensed provider, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
